All items come with authenticity certificate with your loved ones name on and creation date. Add a touch of extra sparkle with the option of real diamond dust added to your jewellery, this is placed in between the layers of the stone and adds a subtle sparkle. We estimate to have all orders hand crafted and shipped out within 3-5 weeks of receiving your ashes or hair. Once order has been placed we will send out a pack for you to send your ashes or hair to us, any unused ashes or hair will be returned to you with your order. Our ashes pendants come packaged in a velvet pouch with a polishing cloth provided, then posted with your chosen postage via royal mail. The completed memorial product will be expertly buffed to create a mirror shine finish, and due to the range of colours we have to choose from no two resin gems are ever the same. Your orders will be sent to you with a special authenticity certificate with your loved ones name on and the creation date, then hand signed by our designer.

To take care of your resin inlaid product, do not expose it to extreme temperatures, if this happens at any point we advise to just leave it sit at room temperature for a small amount of time. We advise to remove when showering, on a sun bed or sunbathing,  in a hot tub, swimming or handling cleaning products. Make sure to not store in direct sunlight. To keep your jewellery clean use a silver polishing cloth, do not use any other substances to clean your jewellery. If your resin stone does happen to become cloudy or scratched we recommend using a specialist resin polish, to be used on the stone only. We do not recommend using any other product on your jewellery and we can not be held responsible for any damage occurred. We offer a no refunds policy, this is because once your order is placed any jewellery will begin being produced ready for when your inclusion arrives to us.
